When Quiznos of Riverview needed a builder to complete their recently leased plaza space, they knew just who to call. Excelaron, a leader in commercial construction, made sure their build-out
was a success. Like most franchises, Quiznos had very specific requirements for their retail
environment. The interior space needed to comply with both the corporate and local vision while simultaneously meeting remodeling code upgrades and county requirements.
The official grand opening was proceeded by a flurry of necessary additions including
an upgrade of the electrical service, new panel box, wall and ceiling insulation, fire-coded drywall, ductwork, air handler/ac increase, two ADA approved restrooms, new wall coverings, flooring and paint finishes. In addition, because of its restaurant status, Excelaron made
sure the required grease traps were added for the sink drains by saw-cutting the existing concrete slab and running new drain lines to the main located to the rear of the building.
This sensational transformation wouldn’t have been complete without the finishing
touches which included installing all equipment, fixtures, furniture, signs and
ambiance-adding accessories. The result? Toast-tacular of course!
