Founder and President:

Donald Youst, Jr., began a construction services business in Rochester, NY in 1980. For more than 40 years Mr. Youst has worked on projects at all levels of the construction industry.

In 2003 Mr. Youst opened the Tampa, Florida office of Excelaron Construction Services. The company has completed many commercial and residential projects throughout Tampa and                 St Petersburg.

Mr. Youst has certifications and state licenses in the following:

  • General Construction License in the State of Florida
  • Certified Mold Remediator
  • Certified Building Contaminate Technician
  • Certified Lead Paint Abatement
  • EPA Lead-Safe Certified Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP)
  • Occupational Safety and Health Training

The Company:

Over the years Don has built a management team of experienced professionals and industry trained tradesman. Since that time Excelaron’s staff has grown and our company maintains a network of national and local suppliers along with local skilled staff for both offices helping them maintain Excelaron’s successful reputation.
